The A & E staff do their very best for every patient. Whilst waiting for our mother to be tested, diagnosed and treated on the evening of 25th November we saw people with all kinds of different needs being cared for as quickly and efficiently as humanly possible. Don't knock the NHS!

Well I have to say, this hospital is now looking up! I have been quite a few times in the past month and have seen some great improvements! But, it still waiting can be a problem sometimes! But, overall it has turned around and has made improvements! (Also, you will have to pay for parking though, but there is a good bus service running at Queens Hospital though.)

I was puctured by a needle with someone elses blood. I spoke calmly to the doctor who seemed stressed, which is understandable in an enviroment like a and e, however she was very rude asking me to calm down in a awful tone while I was attempting to explain to her about my incident, I couln't even fit a word in sideways, very unprofessional service. I was refused treatment when I clearly needed it, then was accepted it by different doctor?Extremely confusing, due to my condition they know the longer I waited for my PEP treatment the less likely of it working. Furthermore, 5 hours had passed in a and e for a blood test which they 'somehow' lost. Now have I have to wait to get another bloodtest because of their unprofessional work. I'm hoping to afford private doctors in future where they will actually treat me like a human.

The staff here are in general really good, kind and helpful. Unfortunately they are hindered by the fact that the trust that runs this hospital (and king George's) are the most greedy penny pinching grinders out there, the trust and it's shareholders DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS, they are only bothered by profit and I for one don't think a hospital should be a cash generating business and that is what you'll find here. They charge for TV, Internet, in fact they even charge for vinegar (even if you buy a full priced meal!) greedy scum
