Don’t even warrant one star dfs have literally ruined Christmas. Ordered a beautiful seetee delivery drivers turned up three days before Christmas and proceeded to drag my sofa up two flights of stairs and across the concrete floor wrapped in just a bit of plastic.

Bunch of liars. I spent over 5k on a set of sofas. Sales guy could not stop lying. 1st..this collection never goes on sale.. But a few days later it did go on sale. Delivery is free... Oh guess what he lied and added 50 pounds for delivery... Then he added 50 pounds for these Teflon or rubbery seals you attach to the bottom of the legs so it doesn't scratch the floor... 50 pounds.. Such a rip off.. He duped us into the care plan saying any issues they will come out within 24hrs. You guessed it... He lied.. Actually they send you a small bottle of cleaning solution and if that doesn't work you need to fill out a claims forms.... On the positive side... Sofa is nice. So my advice is record the conversation you have with the sales guy.. Don't get the care plan and finally buy the seals on the legs from the pound store.

The company is rubbish and customer service well there ain’t any they were quite happy to take my money but don’t want to give it back.

Blatant sales men only interested if they can sell something to you there and then. Even my 3 year old asked "why is that man just walking away?" after I mentioned to the sales man that we need to go home and measure up. After 5 mins of giving us unsolicited advice and offering an unnecessary credit deal, he simply up and left.

Good company to deal with. We had a few issues with our sofa, once i spoke with Tiffany and Lauren, they sent Perry round to fix the problems. Sofa is perfect now. Thank you to the team at Romford.

Refused the delivery and rang dfs straight away told them I wanted my money back as I needed to purchase something for family staying over Christmas to be told sorry can’t do that right now you will have to wait till after Christmas.

I explained I had elderly family due over 5 kids of my own and I had nothing to sit them on requested a loan sofa to get us by was asked are you going to buy another sofa from us? Hell no I ain’t....well sorry then no.

The delivery drivers I had were like the chuckle brothers absolutely clueless I have now had to cancel the family coming and Christmas has been ruined.

Needless to say when it arrived at my door the whole thing was ruined filthy dirty every corner scrapped off looked like a second hand sofa that had come out of a skip!!!.
